my rabbi gave bith 2 days ago but lost the litter. they all died. but she is still realy big on one side of her stomach and there does feel lie there another one in there! she never pulled any fu with the last litter and it was her first. i now its a long shot but is it possible for a rabbit to give bith twice in one month. the ';lump'; feels more up twards the ribs than anything and i checed her over there is no bleeding etc?Can a rabbit give birth twic ein one month?
It sounds like she may have a dead baby inside her. Take her to the vet asap.

a healthy rabbit will have it's litter (babies) within an hour. She may fall pregnant again and have another litter four weeks later. Your rabbit cannot give birth one day, and then a couple of days later again; it has a problem. Could be a baby stuck inside. Keep an eye on her general health; if she seems ok, it could just be your imagination.
We used to shred newspaper for the rabbits, and put it in a wooden box in their cage. They would use this, combined with some of their own fur, as their nest. Better luck next time!
