Has anyone got any tips on how to litter train a baby rabbit?

Its a great idea to start young! Even when they are babies, once they are litter trained they will sometimes ';forget'; and may also still make little territorial poops in thier cage or play area.

Just get a litter box (that fits your bunny and it's cage), get litter (I reccomend Yesterdays News Cat litter made from recycled newspeper.) Do Not use sand or anything dusty! Just put it in the corner or space your bunny poops/pees in the most. When it poops outside, just put it in the litter box to show it. While you're training it, its good to limit it's ';play area'; so it will have to go back into the litter box and not poop all over the house. It takes patience but they usually catch on pretty quickly!

Good luck! =)Has anyone got any tips on how to litter train a baby rabbit?
It's hard to litter train rabbit's, you have to hope instead of discipline.

If you're lucky, your rabbit will choose to use his/hers litter tray, when it does praise, if it doesn't don't shout or hit as when rabbit's receive such temper they'll look at you as their predator. It's hard and fustrating litter training bunnies, they poo and pee an awful lot when their young but they soon grow out of it and understand the hutch/cage is the place to go.

Good luck!
Hey I have a year old bunny I have been trying to litter train her for half a year and guess what; it isn't possible. Try all you want, but I will laugh when you finally realize you CAN'T.
Im intrigued...can you really litter train a rabbit??
