You can't tell the personality or temperament of a rabbit by its breed. Holland lops are about 2 pounds lighter than mini lops. We have holland lops that have great temperaments and others that are grumpy. We only have a couple mini lops but they seem to be about the same. Mini lops are a little bit bigger and not as easy to step on.
When a rabbit reaches sexual maturity it can become a down right pain in the butt. From personal experience I would not keep a doe as a pet unless you plan to get her spayed. Does tend to be a bit cage protective at times. All of our house pets are bucks.
Just keep in mind that you can get any rabbit from a Britannia petite to a flemish giant and the temperament has nothing to do with the breed. Brits have a reputation of being high strung and giants laid back. However you just never know until you get to know them.What rabbit has the best temperment? Mini lop or the Holland lop?
Both breeders are great but can become aggressive when they reach sexual matrity but once neutered that sorts that. Rabbit even house once are very social animals and are best keep with a mate. One of each sex neutered is best.
